What this website collects
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts or remotely hosted fonts. It does not contain forms.
Like any web server, ours keeps standard access logs: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser identification and response status. These logs are used only to operate and secure the website and are deleted automatically after about two weeks.
When you open the home address, the server compares your IP address with the public list of IP ranges registered in Estonia, to show the site in Estonian or in English. This happens only at the time of the request; nothing is stored beyond the access logs above.
When you email us
If you write to us, we use your email address and the content of your message to answer you and, where relevant, to prepare or carry out a contract with you. We keep this correspondence as long as needed for that purpose and for our legal and accounting obligations.
Legal basis
We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and answering enquiries, and, where applicable, to take steps towards or perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
