European software publisher with €450M+ revenue, 3,500+ employees and 250,000+ professional users. I lead the group's AWS strategy: a multi-account organisation, landing zone and governance delivered with an AWS partner, plus FinOps across the group's cloud footprint. I lead the DevOps team and work as architect for a business unit developing an AI product for professionals: cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, LLM operations, reliability and cost. On call 24/7 for production.
European consumer-electronics company with €30M+ annual revenue and over 2 million connected devices sold. I led infrastructure and architecture: a multi-account AWS platform (ECS, Aurora, ElastiCache, MQ, CloudFront) built entirely in Terraform, the full migration to AWS and high-availability architecture (VPC/TGW, ALB/NLB, API Gateway). I validated peak capacity through large-scale load tests before the holiday season, trained development teams and established incident management from scratch. On call 24/7 for production.
European customer experience platform used by 35% of CAC 40 companies, with 320+ active customers in 40+ countries. I was responsible for infrastructure architecture and automation: Proxmox clusters running 4,000+ virtual machines, automated with 500+ Salt states across six environments. I designed an ISO 27001-compliant logging and monitoring stack (Loki, Grafana, Checkmk with 100+ custom checks) for 90+ enterprise tenants on a multi-tenant platform using MariaDB, MongoDB and Elasticsearch. Venture-backed location intelligence platform with US$18M+ raised and offices in Paris and New York. Its SDK runs inside third-party mobile apps, with 400k+ daily active users and around 20 million requests per day. As the sole architect and SRE/DevOps engineer, I operated the GCP platform: GKE for stateless services, Compute Engine for MongoDB and Kafka, and infrastructure as code with Terraform (VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, IAM, Cloud Storage). Cloud Monitoring provided actionable alerts, supported by incident runbooks. On call 24/7 for production.
